Driving on my way home to Germany, I injured a hand. Having an overnight reservation at the Ibis, Mollet, I registered, deposited my luggage and left my pet dog in the room before proceeding to the Mollet Hospital. The injury was more serious than I suspected. It required emergency surgery and subsequent hospitalization. I called the hotel and advised them. They reacted with unexpected understanding, empathy and flexibility. I was asked how long I needed the room for. We agreed on a three-day extension with the possibility of a further one if needed. In the meantime, I arranged for my pet to be picked up and looked after, which I informed the hotel about and they agreed to cooperate however possible. It was so, that my pet was collected and taken care of. When I subsequently called the hotel to request a further 2-day extension of my reservation, they agreed with minimal bureaucracy, on the contrary, they were totally forthcoming. It should be noted that all this took place at the end of July, during high travel season when hotels are virtually fully booked. I have been a frequent traveler during my business career. Ibis was a chain I used occasionally for convenience reasons. I chose it on this occasion because it accepts pets and was close to the motorway. After this experience, I shall prioritize Ibis wherever I travel in the future. My sincerest expression of thanks and gratitude to the whole staff team of the Ibis Mollet. With best regards RHS

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was cozy. Cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was rich and varied for this price range of the hotel.

The location for getting on/off AP7, was brilliant. Across the road is a public walk with paths if you have pets or want to be surrounded by trees. Which worked well for us as we had a dog with us on our travels/ The breakfast and restaurant food was good, for the price and stay which was comfortable, I would highly recommend.

Mostly everything is at a very high level. The air conditioner is working perfectly. It can be adjusted as needed. A garage is available in the basement of the hotel for €8 per day. Very accessible from the main highway. And there are plenty of free parking spaces in the area. There are supermarkets and a gas station next to the hotel.

Away from Barcelona, close to the highway. Overall a good hotel for the price. staff are attentive. We stayed for one night and everything was acceptable.

Rooms are large clean and fully air con. breakfast was really nice,, big choice of different foods ,, great coffee. Boiled eggs were wonderful. Wifi was strong and fast. Staff were friendly and super helpful and spoke excellent English. Supermarket 2 min walk away ,, cheap fuel station next door.

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Barcelona Mollet! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Very clean, modern, easy access, attentive staff, secure parking and good range of snacks/meals available. Substantial breakfast starting at 06h30. Line R3 to central Barcelona is just under 2 kms walk at Sant Rosa. This meant that I could park the car and just use public transport, recommended for tourists. Plenty of bars/tapas options a short walk away.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Barcelon, but Barcelon city center is a 25 minutes train ride. you could get a taxi from the hotel to the train station which runs in about 10 Euros, or you could walk to the nearest train station. Train Route R3 get you from Santa Rosa Mollet Station to Barcelona Catalunya Plaza or Triumph Arch stations. It is the same route back to the hotel. As well you can reach the hotel by Train from the Airport using Train Route R3 and getting down on Mollet Sant Fast station, take a taxi to the hotel is 10 minutes. The hotel's quiet is nice; you can go to the busy Barcelona center and come back to a nice quiet hotel, to get ready for the next day. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. The restaurant is simple but ti has a great breakfast and two main menus for dinner as well as other local foods.
